- 2 cups short pasta (elbow macaroni)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups grated cheese (cheddar or mac and cheese blend)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Crushed Taqueritos Queso Fusión to finish

- Step 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain.
- Step 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly; gradually incorporate the milk while stirring until you get a thick and smooth sauce.
- Step 3. Add the grated cheese and mix until completely melted and the sauce is creamy, season with salt and pepper.
- Step 4. Fold in the cooked pasta and mix until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot and finish by sprinkling crushed Taqueritos Queso Fusión on top to add a crunchy texture and intense flavor.
