- 2 cups cooked corn kernels
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup grated dry cheese
- Salt to taste
- Taqueritos Chile Toreado to serve

- Step 1. Place the corn kernels in a small skillet or saucepan and heat over medium until warmed through.
- Step 2. Remove from heat and mix with the mayonnaise and lime juice until combined. Season with salt to taste.
- Step 3. Serve the hot corn in small cups, sprinkle with the grated dry cheese and finish by topping with Taqueritos Chile Toreado just before serving to add crunch and a spicy touch.
