INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 cup onion in pieces
  • 1 cup of minced sweet chili
  • 1 cup carrot chopped
  • Season to taste
  • 1 to 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs, beat
  • 2 cups of Shredded Taqueritos Queso Fusión
  • Oil for frying

PREPARATION

  • In a blender, place the onion, chili, carrot and water. Blend and then mix with the ground beef.
  • Season to taste and let it rest.
  • Make the mini meatballs and go through flour, the egg and the Taqueritos.
  • These can be crushed in a food processor or bag by hand.
  • Heat the oil and once it is ready, fry the meatballs.
  • Serve with a little ranch sauce.
