INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1 bag of Taqueritos Chile Toreado
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 lemons in quarters

PREPARATION

  • Cut each one of the corn and then place them in a pot of hot water.
  • When they are ready, remove them and throw away the excess water. It passes them through the mayonnaise, covering them completely.
  • The Taqueritos, place them in a food processor and grind them. Once crushed, cover the corn and serve with a little lemon.
